BFCLIPS.NET

Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026. This page is about bfclips.net, the public site for BFCLIPS.

The site

The canonical site is https://bfclips.net. There is no separate www site. www.bfclips.net redirects to the apex domain.

BFCLIPS.NET is a community page for original Battlefield gameplay. You do not need a Google account to browse the site or submit a clip.

What a clip upload stores

When you send a clip, we store what the BFCLIPS pipeline needs to review it and credit you if it is featured:

• Your PSN username: the player name you want on screen.
• Clip metadata, such as the title, an optional email if you include one, a YouTube link when you send a link instead of a file, and a record that you accepted the submission licence.
• The media file itself, when you upload a video, so the team can review it and cut it if it is selected.

We use that information to run the site: take submissions, review them, credit the player, and publish selected clips on BFCLIPS channels. We do not sell it.

Google Drive fallback

Clip files normally go to the BFCLIPS media store. If that primary storage fails, a file may be written to a Google Drive account the site operator has already authorized.

That connection uses Google’s drive.file scope only. The app can create files, and it can read files it created. It does not get full access to that Drive account. It does not browse, edit, or delete the rest of the files stored there. Visitors are not asked to connect their own Google account for this fallback.
